The new version 7.23 of AssetController XP was released today with new features including barcode enabled part check out, and bright new user interface for faster interaction.

Other enhancements include the following:

• Bin Number is posted to Work Order for each part added to a Work Order
•  View work orders by priority level on home page (can be used to "view PM work orders only" by adding a priority level called "PM")
• "Created On" date  added to work order form view.
• Apply sales tax option added to "Add Items" form for purchase orders. Allows user to decide which items on PO should have sales tax applied.
• "Find Work Order" tool added to home page for rapid search. Field is labeled "Find WO#"
• Shortcut panel background color changed to gray.
• "Find purchase order" tool added to purchasing management page for rapid search. Field is labeled "Find PO#"
• Expanded PO form to accept unlimited number of items.
• Expanded PO item field size.
• Total Inventory $$ Value on hand Report
• Separate charge reports for Parts Charges and Labor charges
• Reschedule Overdue Work Orders Tool added. To access click the "Tools" Menu located at the top of the screen.
